World Geography Escape Room | 20 Clues on Continents, Landmarks, Historic Sites
In this geography and world continents Escape Room and Crack the Code activity, students work individually (or in pairs) to research the location of 20 different historic sites, landforms, or geographic features! In a twist from my other Crack the Code activities, this geography one is designed for seated use and is ideal for student research! Students work on discovering far-away (and often unheard of) locations to learn their continent location, all before attempting to crack the final code and win the contest before time expires! Tons of fun and a great way to reinforce geography, the continents, and geographic features.
A teacher instruction page, key, 20-clue worksheet, final code, and a 60-minute timer are included to display as students try to break the code! You will need to provide a research tool for students to learn the location of several features!
★ Guaranteed to excite and engage your classroom!
★ Leave your students asking for more (like mine do)!
Don't have a box or a lock? No worries -- simple workaround ideas are included that keep students focused!
